Service terms
These terms cover new online subscriptions to Bin Brothers LLC. Please read them before paying.
Service area: two rules, both required
The service address must be in ZIP code 63122 and no more than two miles in a straight line from our local service base. Our server checks the exact address against St. Louis County address-point records before opening Stripe. A billing address, typed city name or ZIP alone does not establish eligibility. Unrecognized, ambiguous or out-of-area addresses cannot proceed. Future routes are planned but are not yet open.
Plans and immediate billing
Clean Bins: $20 charged at signup, then $20 monthly until canceled, for one scheduled inside-and-out cleaning each service month of up to two empty, standard residential bins.
The Works: $35 at signup, then $35 monthly during washing season, for monthly cleaning plus weekly curb-and-return of up to two bins on one collection day. The winter curb-only rate is $20/month when washing is paused.
Curb-only: $20 at signup, then $20 monthly until canceled, for weekly out-and-back service of up to two bins on one collection day.
All plans are charged through Stripe. Successful payment activates the subscription immediately without manual route approval. Our family follows up with your first visit and bin-access details. Signup does not promise same-day service. There is no free trial or delayed-approval payment hold. You authorize Stripe to save your payment method and collect the selected recurring charges.
Founding-neighbor rates
The first 15 eligible households receive the displayed rate for six calendar months from their paid signup, including the disclosed winter adjustment. This is a rate lock, not a minimum contract. We communicate any later pricing before it takes effect; the end of the rate lock does not automatically increase your price.
Winter, missed visits and service delivery
We may pause or reschedule washing in unsuitable weather. We pause Clean Bins billing for winter months without a cleaning. The Works continues at $20/month for curb service during winter washing pauses. We notify customers of seasonal changes. If we cannot deliver an already-paid cleaning, we arrange a replacement visit or credit/refund; please contact us about a missed visit or billing error. Seasonal billing changes are managed by our family.
Access and safety
Bins must be empty for washing and accessible in the agreed location. Tell us about gates, steps, steep driveways, pets or collection changes before the visit. Separate collection days, extra bins, oversized containers and additional work are not included. Do not enter sensitive gate codes or payment-card details in website notes. An adult operates pressure-washing equipment; the boys participate in age-appropriate tasks. We do not collect household garbage.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel before the next renewal in the Stripe customer portal to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Contact us about rescheduling, an incorrect charge, or services we could not deliver. Sending a contact-form message does not automatically change Stripe billing. A different service address must pass a new eligibility check.
Earlier saved-card requests
Requests submitted under the earlier no-charge, approval-based signup are not automatically converted or charged by this change. These new pay-now terms apply to new paid checkouts.
