Privacy notice

This notice explains how Bin Brothers LLC uses information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

Signup collects your name, email, phone number, service address, selected plan, collection day, number of bins, optional bin location, and agreement to the service and recurring-payment terms. Contact and future-route forms collect your name, email, city, ZIP code, message, and permission to follow up. Please do not put full card details or sensitive access codes in messages.

How we use it

We use these details to verify service-area eligibility, communicate with you, arrange service, manage billing, respond to questions, and plan future routes. Sending a future-route request does not book service. We do not sell your personal information.

Stripe and payment details

Stripe handles card entry, card storage, payments, and the customer billing portal. We do not receive or store your full card number on our website. Service requests and contact notes are saved in our business’s Stripe account as customer records and metadata, so our family can review them. Stripe also processes your information under its own privacy policy: Stripe privacy policy.

Hosting, fonts, and essential cookies

Vercel hosts the website and its server functions. Technical providers may process IP addresses and request information to deliver and secure the service. Website fonts load from Google Fonts. We use a short-lived, signed, HttpOnly cookie to verify a Stripe signup in the same browser; it expires after 24 hours. This site does not intentionally install advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies.

Flyer and QR attribution

When you arrive through a flyer-specific link, we keep that flyer’s campaign label in first-party browser storage for up to 30 days after your latest flyer visit. We keep both the first and most recent flyer label in that window, without storing form entries or card details in this browser record. If you submit a signup or contact form, its flyer label is included in the note metadata on your Stripe customer record and, for checkout, your Checkout Session and resulting subscription. This helps us compare our printed designs. Blocking or clearing browser storage limits return-visit attribution. We do not use these labels for pricing or service-area approval. These labels do not count unique people or automatically attribute phone calls.

Access and retention

Our parent-supported team and service providers can access information needed to run the service. We keep information as needed to handle your request, deliver service, maintain billing records, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information; some financial records may need to be retained.

Children and customer accounts

Although the business was founded by children with parent support, signup is intended for adults arranging service for their household. Do not submit a child’s personal information in the service forms.

Contact the family through our homepage for questions or requests.

Automatic service-area verification

Before checkout, our server checks your service street address against public St. Louis County GIS address-point records and calculates whether it is within our two-mile service radius and ZIP 63122. Only address lookup information is sent to the county service; your name, email, phone and payment details are not sent there. We store your matched service address and eligibility result with your Stripe customer and subscription records for service delivery. If the address cannot be verified, checkout is blocked.
